Please cancel or reschedule appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a non-refundable deposit. A 20% deposit is required upon booking all services. This will be deducted from your appointment total. Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, this allows for additional accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule if your service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Due to safety considerations, animals are not allowed. Please inform me if you are bringing any additional guests.

I will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you or if it will yield desired results, prior to any service.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical details prior to each treatment.
