Welcome to All About Me Aesthetics Beauty Spa. By using this website or booking any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Appointment Policies

• A valid name, email, and phone number are required to book.

• Certain services may require a deposit to secure your date or time.

Back-to-Back Appointments

You may book multiple services back-to-back. If you need help scheduling in the correct order, please contact us.

Waxing Before Facials

If you are receiving both waxing and a facial on the same day, waxing must be scheduled first to avoid irritation.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

• Your service may be shortened

• Certain treatments may need to be modified

• Spa parties that arrive late may lose service time

Late arrival does not reduce service cost, and appointment times cannot be extended if other bookings follow.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our business, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, it will be classified as a late cancellation. After two late cancellations, we may require prepayment for future appointments or restrict rebooking during peak times. A missed appointment without prior notice will be deemed a no-show, and after one no-show, future appointments may require prepayment. We acknowledge that emergencies can occur, and we may waive late cancellation fees at our discretion under such circumstances.

• Clients who cancel their appointment at least 24-48 hours in advance will receive a full refund if the appointment was prepaid.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

• To cancel an appointment, please use our online booking system or contact us directly.

To ensure a respectful environment for all guests and instructors, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of wellness classes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will incur a full charge. No-shows, or guests who fail to attend without prior notification, are non-refundable. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future class. For severe weather or unexpected closures, we will notify guests promptly to address any necessary adjustments.

No-Shows

• Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice (no-shows) will not receive a refund. If a client no-shows an appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointments. If a client no-shows twice, they will be removed as a client and no longer permitted to book services.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24-48 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Spa Party Policies

• A deposit is required to book parties.

• Final headcount may be required in advance.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

• A parent/guardian must be present for minors.

• Photo/video release forms are provided for children under 18.

5. Makeup Services

Bridal Previews/Trials

A bridal preview is highly recommended to ensure the best results, proper color matching, and a stress-free wedding day.

Makeup Prep

Clients should arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Waxing should be done 24–48 hours prior to makeup application.

6. Waxing & Grooming

Clients should follow all pre-care and post-care instructions. Waxing is not recommended for clients using certain skincare products (retinoids, exfoliating acids, etc.). Clients must inform the esthetician of allergies, sensitivities, or medications.

7. Service Results

Skincare, makeup, and spa services vary per individual. We do not guarantee specific results, as they depend on:

• Skin type

• Lifestyle

• Product use

• Personal care between appointments

8. Payment & Refunds

Payments or deposits made for services, parties, or products are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Copy website content without permission

• Attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the site

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

By booking a service, you acknowledge that all skincare and beauty treatments carry some level of risk. You agree that All About Me Aesthetics Beauty Spa is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Sensitivities

• Breakouts

• Temporary irritation

• Incorrect information provided by the client
